Pomegranate Beet Juice Recipe - Learn to make this 3-ingredient homemade and healthy juice without any refined sugars! This simple, refreshing, and vibrant drink provides a glass full of nutrients any time you want!

Pomegranate beet juice, along with huckleberry lemonade and the best immune orange juice recipe, is one of the easiest and most delicious healthy juice recipes I make year-round. This vibrant, bright red drink is made with just 3 ingredients and is incredibly nourishing and full of refreshing flavors!
The combination of tart pomegranate, sweet earthy beats, and crisp celery is the perfect way to quench your thirst on a hot summer’s day, but just as good for an immune-boosting drink during cold and flu season. I prefer mine without any added sugars; you can certainly sweeten yours to your liking!
Why You’ll Love This Beet Pomegranate Juice
- It’s simple and healing. Just 3 ingredients go into this drink, which all provide vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and immune-boosting, healing properties.
- Beautiful color. You can’t beat the bright, bold, red color! It’s so pretty without added dyes or preservatives.
- Nothing goes to waste. I feed the pulp of the pomegranate and beets to my chickens! You can get creative with yours or add it to your compost.
- Customizable. You can double the recipe, add sweetener or extra veggies, and pay a fraction of what you’d pay if you were to buy it!
Tips and Variations
- This juice is best enjoyed right away, especially if you want to take advantage of peak nutrients.
- If you like your juice cold, feel free to pour it over ice cubes.
- If your beets are organic and you prefer not to peel them, you don’t have to, make sure to wash them before juicing.
- You can add a bit of fresh lemon juice, orange juice, or ginger if you’d like. If you’ve ever had my ginger lemon honey syrup, you’ll agree that ginger and citrus are a great pair.
- Mint leaves would also be great.
- Turn it into a smoothie by using a high-speed blender and adding some fresh fruit and dairy-free milk or yogurt, if preferred.
Ingredients Needed
- Beet: I use a medium or large beet, peeled. No need to cook it first; it will go into the juicer raw.
- Pomegranate seeds: Also known as pomegranate arils, these little seeds are incredibly juicy! You can buy the seeds on their own, or get them from whole pomegranates.
- Celery sticks: Washed and cut into 4 sections.

How to Make Beetroot Juice Without a Juicer
If you don’t have a juicer, I’ve got you covered! You can also reap the benefits of beet juice using a high-speed blender.
Chop up the ingredients and place them inside the blender with water, pulse until smooth, and then strain the contents through a fine mesh sieve or a cheesecloth until all you have leftover is the pulp.
